If you must cancel or rebook your appointment at Beauty by Emma, I ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. No shows and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge as outined below:

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 25% of the treatment price.

Last minute cancellations and no shows will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.

If either of the above apply, you will be asked to make this payment online via a secure link on my website.
